Everything from the lobby to the rooms had a lovely attention to detail. The Italian-designed chandeliers and ballerina dining table added a unique touch. The jazzy lobby music created a great atmosphere for conversation and work. The location was ideal, with the U Bahn just a few minutes away and the city being easily walkable. The courtyard was also a nice escape. The room design was practical and efficient, with hidden storage and a comfortable work area.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Vienna. Fab location, extremely comfy bed, quick check-in & outstanding staff. The bonus was comfortable room decor and nice bar. The buffet breakfast was savoury and tasty.

Perfect location - close to all the main attractions and easily accessible by public transport. The staff were pretty good too assist my 77-year-old mother with her mobility issues, offering to carry her tray and guiding her around the breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the nice bar area where I could relax and unwind. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and the decor in the bathroom was excellent.

The receptionist's lack of knowledge and assistance when it came to recommending restaurants was disappointing. They could have been more helpful by offering a map or making a reservation for us.

The central location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city on foot. Although the room was small, it was bright and had everything I needed. The walk-in shower was sleek, but I had to be careful as the floor was a bit slippery.
